Travel RN - Extended Care - $2,501 per week

About the role

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Skilled Nursing for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, in Miles City, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility setting.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medication administration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Long Term Care RN preferred.
• Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours, nights.
