About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Miles City, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
- Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility regulations and guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts, nights, and weekends.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Completion of an approved nursing residency program (preferred).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer systems and electronic health records.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
