Travel RN Endoscopy / GI Lab - $2,438 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in Wheeling, West Virginia. This is a 13-week contract position requiring 4 ten-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with some weekend and holiday call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an intra-op circulation nurse in the Endoscopy/GI Lab
• Participate in various procedures including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EMR, and Hemorrhoid banding
• Provide intra-operative nursing care without sedation
• Assist in endoscopic procedures, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to protocols
• Work collaboratively with a team of surgical techs to facilitate efficient workflow in the lab
• Maintain documentation and patient records in the Epic charting system
• Participate in call rotations, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled

Requirements

• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Knowledge of endoscopy procedures and equipment
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred
