About the role

We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Circulating Nurse for our GI Lab. The role primarily involves intra-operative circulation without sedation for various endoscopic procedures. You will be a vital part of a team responsible for delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 4 ten-hour shifts per week with some weekend and holiday on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Intra-operative circulation for endoscopic procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EMR, and hemorrhoid banding.
• Maintain a ratio of 1 RN per room while ensuring the highest level of patient care.
• Effectively collaborate with surgical techs to ensure smooth operations in the GI Lab.

Requirements

• Active BLS certification (AHA).
• Strong knowledge of endoscopy procedures and equipment.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system is a plus.

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
