About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Acute Care Case Management for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Wichita, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care plans and coordinate services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met
- Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent Case Manager experience in acute care settings
- Current RN license in good standing
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
