About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Care Manager for a 13-week assignment starting July 28, 2026 in Rosedale, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care coordination and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Assist in developing and implementing care plans
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent experience as a Case Manager
- Current RN license in good standing
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passport required for international travel
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
