Responsibilities include preparing the operating room, managing surgical instruments, assisting with patient positioning, maintaining sterile fields, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The role requires preparing and restocking supplies, handling specimens, documenting care, and adhering to infection control protocols.
