Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room and assemble equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain sterile procedures during cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgeries
- Participate in safety protocols and handle specimens
- Provide post-surgical care and respond to intraoperative emergencies
Requirements
- At least one year of recent CVOR RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Certified Basic Life Support (BLS)
Preferred Skills
- American Heart Association (AHA) Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Physical dexterity and ability to work under pressure
