About the Role

Registered Nurse in the Acute Care Float Pool, providing direct patient care in specialty Med-Surg units with moderate to high acuity.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope clinical care.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and evidence-based practices.
• Precept and mentor new healthcare team members.
• Contribute to quality and safety standards at the point of care.

Requirements

• Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Schedule

This is a full-time position involving night shifts.
