Travel RN - Acute Care Float Pool

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care in acute care settings, utilizing the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope practice. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritizes wellness and evidence-based practice, and models proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Embraces a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment and contributes to safety and quality at the point of care.

Responsibilities

• Care includes specialty acute care units with moderate to high patient acuity, adhering to core curriculum and certification standards.
• Supports a team-oriented approach to improve patient outcomes and fosters a culture of learning and safety.

Qualifications & Skills

• Requires a Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and adaptability skills are essential.
