About the role

Provides direct patient care in a Medical Acute Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with moderate to high acuity.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize patient wellness and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Model proficiency through precepting and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
• Support a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment and adhere to specialty standards and certifications.
• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Support team-based patient outcomes in an acute care setting, emphasizing wellness, safety, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
• Minimum 1-year nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
