Travel RN - Acute Cardiology Medicine

Role: Provides high-level direct patient care in acute cardiology units, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team approach. Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based, specialty acute care for patients with moderate to high acuity; model proficiency through precepting; contribute to patient safety and quality; prioritize wellness and a patient-centered approach; support professional development and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment. Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license or eNLC privileges, at least 1 year of experience, BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, strong clinical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Key Duties Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions.Utilize specialty standards and evidence-based practices.Precept and mentor new healthcare staff.Ensure safety and quality at the point of care.Engage in continuous learning and professional growth.
