About the role
American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Reston, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to patients in a variety of settings.
- Perform diagnostic testing and administer treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to medical staff.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Virginia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
- Current CPR certification.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
