Travel Respiratory Therapist Registered - NICU/PICU - $1,910 per week

Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in an acute care setting located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. This night shift position involves providing respiratory therapy services primarily in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The role includes potential float coverage to various hospital departments, including adult ICU, medical/surgical/telemetry units, emergency department, and general pediatrics. The assignment is scheduled to start on 10/12/2026 and end on 01/10/2027, offering a dynamic clinical environment that supports pediatric and neonatal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in the NICU and PICU.
• Float to adult ICU, medical/surgical/telemetry units, emergency department, and general pediatrics as needed.
• Participate in orientation to critical pediatric care.
• Work holiday and every other weekend rotations as required.

Requirements

• Valid respiratory therapist license/certificate verification.
• Professional certification.
• Completion of Ascension resume, profile, and submission of two professional references.
• Successful completion of Ascension skills checklist.
