About the role

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Anchorage, Alaska. The position requires 2+ years of recent experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Respiratory Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in the PICU setting.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat respiratory conditions using advanced techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in Alaska.
• At least 2+ years of recent experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Respiratory Therapy.
• Knowledge of pediatric respiratory pathologies and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
