Arrow Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU for a travel job in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to neonatal intensive care unit patients.
• Perform diagnostic tests and treatments as directed by physicians.
• Monitor patient’s condition and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
• NICU experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of neonatal care protocols.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
