About the role
Refined Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU position in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services to neonatal intensive care unit patients
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient care continuity
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- NICU experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Allied Health or related field
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of neonatal care practices and protocols

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of August 3, 2026, for a duration of 13 weeks.
