Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026 in Conway, Arkansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to neonatal patients
- Assess and document patient conditions
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
- Maintain equipment and ensure its proper functioning
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent Neonatal experience in Respiratory Therapy
- Current certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Valid state license to practice Respiratory Therapy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- Knowledge of neonatal care protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Skills
- Proficient in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) care
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
