About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Conway, Arkansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to neonatal patients in the NICU setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent Neonatal Respiratory Therapy experience.
- Current certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
- Valid state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overnight shifts.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Experience with neonatal equipment and techniques.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
