Travel Respiratory Therapist – ER, ICU & Inpatient - $2,218 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week night shift contract at an acute care hospital in Princeton, WV.

Responsibilities

• Breathing treatments
• Ventilator management
• ABG draws and analysis
• EKG coverage for assigned areas
• Assist with intubation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ER, ICU, and inpatient adult settings
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), CRT (via NBRC), NRP, PALS, and STABLE
• RRT (via NBRC) preferred
• NRP certification mandatory
• No on-call or standby call requirement
• No critical care transport outside of the facility
• No coverage of Sleep Lab, Pulmonary Rehab, or Cardiac Rehab areas

Qualifications

• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
• A copy of an unexpired driver's license is required for consideration
• Licenses required if applicable

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
