Travel Respiratory Therapist

About the role

Travel to multiple skilled nursing facilities and be responsible for:

• Educating nursing staff to monitor and assess pulmonary status.
• Developing and implementing respiratory programs to treat acute/chronic illness.
• Reviewing resident's plan of care for appropriateness.
• Collaborating with rehab staff, physician, and nurses to improve care.
• Being responsible for continuous nursing education and managing each facility's respiratory program.
