This role involves working closely with patients suffering from cardiopulmonary disorders and collaborating with physicians to develop effective treatment plans. Responsibilities Interview and examine patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. Consult with physicians to create and implement treatment plans. Monitor and record the progress of treatments, ensuring accurate documentation in patient charts. Administer treatments using various methods, including chest physiotherapy and aerosol treatments. Qualifications Current ACLS and BLS certification. Licensed as a CRT and RRT. Graduated from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program and successfully passed the certification exam. Physical Requirements This position requires prolonged standing and/or sitting, occasional bending, stooping, or stretching, and may involve lifting up to 20 pounds. Candidates must possess good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity, and should be comfortable using office equipment such as computers, telephones, fax machines, and copiers. Schedule The role entails working three consecutive 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, with flexibility to accommodate occasional early or late meetings as required.
