Travel Respiratory Therapist - $2,155 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week hospital contract in Charleston, West Virginia. The assignment is at a Level 1 Trauma Center with potential float to sister facilities. Start date is 10/27/2026; shift runs 19:00–07:00 (12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy and neuro diagnostics in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including potential work at sister facilities
• Manage critical care, general care, adult and/or pediatric patients
• Adhere to facility policies including flu vaccination and fit‑testing protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high‑quality patient care

Requirements

• ACLS, PALS, NALS (pediatrics), and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• West Virginia license or pending acceptance
• Flu shot (unless medically exempt) and fit‑test completion
• COVID vaccine not required
• Ability to travel up to 100 miles for fit testing

Pay

Weekly pay range: $2,062.16 – $2,165.27 (based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined).

Schedule

12‑hour night shifts, 19:00–07:00, 36 hours per week. Contract length: 13 weeks.
