About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 28, 2026, in Metairie, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services to patients in a hospital setting
- Administer treatments such as nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Louisiana
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- At least one year of relevant work experience in a hospital setting
- Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hospital equipment and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
