About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Davenport, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services under the direction of a physician.
- Perform diagnostic testing and interpret results.
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Iowa.
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
- Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS).
