About the role
Medlivo is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week contract at Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan Valley in West Jordan, Utah. The assignment starts on 11/16/2026 with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shifts are 12‑hour days (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) with every other weekend required. A 12‑hour orientation is provided, and the clinician must be in‑state during orientation week. The facility uses the EPIC charting system. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- ACLS certification
- AHA BLS certification
- CRT (NBRC) certification
- NRP certification
- PALS certification
- Driver’s license (required at submission)
- Ability to comply with 60‑mile radius rule
- Must be in‑state during orientation week
Schedule
- 12‑hour day shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Every other weekend required
