About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026 in Columbia, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services to patients in hospital settings
- Perform diagnostic testing and administer treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care activities and treatment outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
- Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in South Carolina
- At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer systems used for patient care documentation

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours long, with days off scheduled during the week.
