A leading acute-care hospital in Vernal, Utah, has been a cornerstone of the Uintah Basin since 1941. This Joint Commission Accredited facility is dedicated to providing high-quality and safe patient care, evidenced by numerous designations and accreditations. The Emergency Room treats over 14,000 patients annually and is staffed 24/7 with dedicated emergency room physicians. The facility is a designated Level IV Trauma Center and has been recognized as a Stroke Receiving Facility by the Utah State Department of Health, as well as being Chest Pain Accredited with a 5-star CMS rating.

Responsibilities
- Manage patients with asthma, COPD, and premature infants
- Operate vents, BiPAPs, Vapotherm, and infant nasal CPAP equipment
- Provide respiratory care across all age groups in a 39-bed unit
- Document in Medhost EHR
Requirements
- NBRC RRT credential
- 1–2+ years of experience
- Current BLS, PALS, NRP, and ACLS certifications
- No call requirements
- No float requirements
Skills
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly
- Critical care and neonatal experience
- General respiratory therapy skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality fit
Pay
Weekly gross pay: $42.00 (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
