American Traveler is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift hospital position in Austin, Texas.

Assignment at a 368-bed hospital with a Respiratory Therapy department staffed by 6–7 per shift (1 supervisor, 5–6 RTs). Patient ratios of 35–45 UOS. Equipment includes Servo, Hamilton, and Airvo ventilators. Meditech EMR system.

Requirements

• RRT or CRT certification required
• Texas RCP license required (if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of adult respiratory care experience within the last 6 months
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required if caring for neonates
• NICU experience preferred
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months

• Team-oriented respiratory therapy staff
• Dress code: olive green scrub top and black scrub pants
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted

Pay
