Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment in Nashville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred
