Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment in Paris, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
• Assist with patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer skills, including electronic medical records (EMR).
