Travel Rehabilitation RN - $1,499 per week

About the role

Hospital in Aurora, CO in need of a Rehab RN to fulfill a 13 week assignment. Must have 2 years of rehab experience, BLS, med-surg skill, and an active state license. Must take Healthtrust Colorado competency exam to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members
• Perform various therapeutic activities to promote recovery
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all procedures

Requirements

• 2 years of rehab experience
• BLS certification
• Medsurg skills
• Active state license

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Experience with rehabilitation techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
