Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform various therapeutic activities to promote recovery and independence.

Requirements

• Current state license.
• BLS certification.
• 2 years experience in rehabilitation nursing.
• Medsurg skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in rehabilitation setting preferred.
