Travel Rehabilitation Nurse - $2,324 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Hampshire.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
