About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment starting August 18, 2026 in Newport, Rhode Island.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Monitor patient health and report changes to supervising nurses.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care and treatment in accordance with hospital policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Rhode Island.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.

Pay
