Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment starting August 18, 2026, in Norfolk, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Nebraska.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights.
• Willingness to travel to various locations within Nebraska.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
