Travel Nurse RN - Rehabilitation - $2,196 per week

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin.

The facility is a well-established inpatient rehabilitation hospital that provides specialized care for patients recovering from stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac conditions. The rehabilitation unit consists of 12 beds and is supported by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• 13-week contract
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week with overtime after 48 hours worked
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Low census eligible in hour increments, typically in 4-hour increments
• Primary location on inpatient rehabilitation unit with 12 beds
• Patient ratios: 1:4-1:6 PM and 1:8 nights
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of medical surgical rehabilitation experience preferred, or medical/surgical background accepted
• Inpatient hospital setting experience required (STAC)
• Rehabilitation knowledge required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA or ARC BLS
• Associate degree or certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred
