Travel Rehabilitation Med/Surg RN - $2,217 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont. Start date: 11/30/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. The Rehabilitation Medical-Surgical Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, serious illness, or injury. The role focuses on restoring patient function and independence through rehabilitation therapies and specialized nursing care in an inpatient setting. The nurse will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing practice and coordination of care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for assigned patients.
• Participate in patient and family education and teaching.
• Provide leadership and collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and interprofessional teams.
• May serve as a backup Charge Nurse as necessary.
• Work cooperatively to maintain professional nursing practices in clinical settings.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical Rehabilitation nursing experience.
• Charge Nurse experience is required.
• Previous travel nursing experience (minimum 3 months) is required.
• Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact state.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association.
• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is preferred.

Schedule
