Travel Rehabilitation/Med-Surg RN - $2,132 per week

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation Med Surg for a 13-week assignment in Windsor, Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Treatment of medical-surgical patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assist with patient activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Vermont.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation or medical-surgical settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
