Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics - $2,255 per week

About the role

Pediatric respiratory therapy unit within a children's hospital. Provide respiratory care services to critically ill pediatric patients in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center. Cerner EMR experience preferred.

Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
• Weekend coverage as needed

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required; CRT not accepted
• Minimum 2 years recent pediatric respiratory therapy experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Completion of at least 1 prior travel assignment required (first-time travelers not considered)
• Tennessee license required at time of consideration; must comply with NLC guidelines
• Driver's license copy required for consideration
• Vaccination status documentation required

Additional requirements

• Former permanent staff and travelers must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning
• Holiday coverage: if Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's all fall during the assignment, must work 2 of the 3; if only 2 holidays fall during the assignment, must work at least 1
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of consideration; RTO requested after an offer will not be honored
• Local candidates must live at least 100 miles from the facility

Pay

Pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
