Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics - $1,655 per week

About the role

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a position in Commerce Township, Michigan. The role starts 10/05/2026 for a 13‑week assignment, 36 hours per week on night shifts (12‑hour shifts). The therapist will provide respiratory therapy to pediatric patients in an urban setting, performing diagnostic testing, hemodynamics, and complex procedures, and will be expected to mentor and teach others in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy to pediatric patients, including diagnostic testing, hemodynamics, and complex procedures.
• Perform diagnostic testing, treadmills, complete pulmonary function tests, ABG machine maintenance, hemodynamics, special procedures, and electrogastrography (ENGs).
• Handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Mentor and teach staff.
• Adhere to clinical protocols.

Requirements

• Certification in Respiratory Therapy.
• Valid state licensure.
• Located within the specified state or region (Michigan).
• No minimum experience required.

Schedule

Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
