About the Role

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with pediatric specialty experience for a night shift position at an academic medical center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. This is a 13-week travel contract starting November 3, 2026, with one opening available.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Respiratory Therapy department at an academic medical center
• Provide respiratory therapy services to a pediatric patient population
• Deliver care within a pediatric specialty care environment

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Pediatric respiratory therapy experience required
• State license as applicable
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Current certifications required for consideration

Schedule

• Night shift, 12-hour shifts (3x12 pattern)
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract length
• Start date: November 3, 2026
• No on-call requirements

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
