The position provides respiratory care for patients of all ages in a collaborative clinical environment. The role requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also functioning independently. Job Details Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 p.m.7:00 a.m., 36 hours per week; alternating weekends and possible call requirements. Required Qualifications: Associate degree in Respiratory Care; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications; North Carolina Registered Respiratory Therapist license. Preferred Qualifications: Two years of respiratory therapy experience preferred, including experience in the Emergency Department, critical care, and nursery settings. Additional Information: Responsibilities include providing respiratory care across a full range of diagnoses and treatments. The clinical environment includes ventilators, bilevel positive airway pressure systems, continuous positive airway pressure systems, high-flow oxygen therapy, airway clearance devices, and blood gas analyzers. Solid-color scrubs are required, with gray or black preferred. Float: Float rotation may be required.
