Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Start date: 10/12/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 36 hours per week. Shift: 12‑hour nights. Employment type: Travel. The role involves providing comprehensive respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and acuity levels, including Level 2 NICU, with a focus on critical care and ventilator management.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures to cardiopulmonary patients across all age groups and acuity levels.
- Maintain proficiency in critical care ventilator management.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in emergency response and provide support in critical situations.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices in respiratory therapy.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of respiratory therapy experience is required. Must possess a valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license in good standing. Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program. NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is required; CRT will not be considered.
Qualifications
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are mandatory.
- Experience in Neonatal and Pediatric care, including Level 2 NICU, is essential.
- Seasonal flu vaccination is mandatory, with no declinations accepted.
- Prior travel experience is preferred.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
