Job Summary

The Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position is available in Towson, Maryland. This role involves providing adult and pediatric respiratory care in a primary care setting with the possibility to support pediatric and neonatal intensive care units as needed. The assignment begins on August 10, 2026, and involves night shifts lasting 12 hours.

Job Details

• Schedule: 3x12 Night shifts (18:30-07:00), minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Maryland or Compact RN license
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) certification
• NRP preferred
• Minimum 0 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience
• NRP certification

Additional Information

• Candidates must be comfortable floating across departments with no restrictions or special requests.
• The role requires compliance with facility policies, including onboarding labs within 72 hours of signing the contract and submission of all compliance documents five days prior to start date.
• Candidate will support adult and pediatric patient populations, utilizing advanced respiratory equipment and procedures, including mechanical ventilation, nebulizers, and airway management.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
