Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive respiratory care in a dynamic clinical environment. You will play a critical role in assessing patients, providing treatment, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

• Assess patient conditions and establish goals for respiratory care.
• Administer treatments as ordered, including oxygen therapy, airway management, and mechanical ventilation.
• Independently intubate adult patients.
• Provide care to patients of all ages, including neonates in a Level III NICU setting.
• Perform EKGs during off-hours, and conduct ABG draws as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement respiratory care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RRT certification required; CRT accepted if licensure was held prior to July 1, 2022.
• Must possess BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Prior Level 2-3 NICU experience is preferred, with proficiency in ventilator management.
• Must have the ability to independently intubate adults.

Pay Package

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
