About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Salem, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Staffs 5 Respiratory Therapists during the Day shift
- Staffs 5 Respiratory Therapists during the Evening shift
- Staffs 4 Respiratory Therapists during the Night shift
- Works in a 371 licensed bed facility with 220 Med/Surg beds, MICU, ED, Labor and Delivery, a Level 2B Nursery, etc.
- Rotates between 11a-11p and 12 hours, nights
- Uses PB980 Ventilator and Hamilton T1 Transport Ventilator
- Works with EMR (EPIC)
- Must have RRT certification and active MA Respiratory Therapist license
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in one location, 1 to 2 years as a traveler
- Experience with vent in an acute care setting
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy
- Able to draw arterial blood gases
Qualifications
- Active MA Respiratory Therapist License
