Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to individual patients and their families by applying the clinical process: assessing, care planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating the care given.
• Respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility.
• Perform routine maintenance on respiratory equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
• 1–2 years minimum acute care experience
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association required)
• Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle a multi‑task environment
• Basic PC skills (Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment)

Pay

$1,802 – $1,971 per week (tax‑free stipend amount to be determined). Compensation depends on various factors including qualifications and experience.

Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• 12‑hour day shifts (AM shifts available)
• 13‑week contract with possibility of extension
