About the role
The successful candidate will provide respiratory care services to patients in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory treatments and therapies
- Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in Arkansas
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using respiratory therapy equipment
- Knowledge of respiratory disease pathophysiology
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
