Average 13 weeks duration, 36 hours per week, 12 hours shift, nights.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with breathing difficulties related to asthma, emphysema, chronic respiratory diseases, or emergency trauma.
• Perform diagnostic tests as part of the care team’s treatment plan.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop a treatment plan.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of physiotherapy and cardiopulmonary disorders.

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.
• Extensive knowledge of physiotherapy and cardiopulmonary disorders.

Qualifications

• Experience working with patients who have breathing difficulties.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of diagnostic testing procedures.

Skills

• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating respiratory issues.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
